Lead National Automotive Equipment Installer

Full Time • DEVON- OKC
POSITON SUMMARY:
Lead National Automotive Equipment Installers will lead installation teams in installing vehicle lifts and equipment within automotive service shops throughout the United States.  Extensive team travel is required with per diem and hotel expenses paid. Mechanical ability and welding certifications are a plus!  
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 
  • Oversee the complete installation of automotive service center equipment to include:
    • Catwalks, stairs, shelving, tool boards, podiums, and various other mounting hardware
    • Air tubing, air dryers, and compressors 
    • Pneumatic pumps and regulators
    • Bulk oil delivery systems including installation of tanks, piping, and meters
    • All fluid distribution systems consisting of bending pipe, and mounting in various capacities
  • Act as the onsite point of contact for customer and/or site manager
  • Oversee crew performance and productivity
  • Maintain and submit job site records in a timely manner
  • Inspect equipment for proper operations and pressure testing systems
  • Ensure operational excellence and efficiency of process and procedures
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and organized work area and ensure that industry safety standards are followed
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company vehicles
  • Approve crew timecards for weekly payroll
  • Perform other related duties, task and responsibilities as requested
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 1 year installation experience
  • Basic understanding of construction procedures and materials and project management principles
  • Must have a current and valid Driver’s License and meet insurance vehicle insurability standards
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to easily adapt to change based upon customer and work schedule demands
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to travel up to 90% to 95% of the time (transport provided)
  • Pre-employment Drug Test

Days and hours vary depending upon business needs and travel times.
