Lead National Automotive Equipment Installer
- Oversee the complete installation of automotive service center equipment to include:
- Catwalks, stairs, shelving, tool boards, podiums, and various other mounting hardware
- Air tubing, air dryers, and compressors
- Pneumatic pumps and regulators
- Bulk oil delivery systems including installation of tanks, piping, and meters
- All fluid distribution systems consisting of bending pipe, and mounting in various capacities
- Act as the onsite point of contact for customer and/or site manager
- Oversee crew performance and productivity
- Maintain and submit job site records in a timely manner
- Inspect equipment for proper operations and pressure testing systems
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency of process and procedures
- Maintain a safe, neat, and organized work area and ensure that industry safety standards are followed
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company vehicles
- Approve crew timecards for weekly payroll
- Perform other related duties, task and responsibilities as requested
- Minimum 1 year installation experience
- Basic understanding of construction procedures and materials and project management principles
- Must have a current and valid Driver’s License and meet insurance vehicle insurability standards
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to easily adapt to change based upon customer and work schedule demands
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel up to 90% to 95% of the time (transport provided)
