POSITION SUMMARY:
- Assists Production Manager in daily operational activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while meeting production targets.
- Regularly communicates with Production Manager to resolve any current or forecasted issues to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Manages the overall daily schedule by coordinating the day-to-day production workflow with a keen sense regarding the detailed status of the production schedule.
- Responsible for ensuring evac machines are ordered, built, and ready for distribution per the customer’s timelines.
- Supervises Production warehouse employees including but not limited to: Apprentices, Technicians I, II, and III by delegating targeted tasks, empowering the team to take on additional responsibilities, and helping them overcome challenges.
- Provides disciplinary action to subordinates via verbal warnings and first written warnings with review from upper management.
- Oversees inventory and production of all units and personnel assembling units.
- Responsible for ensuring the daily opening and closing and cleanliness of Devon’s Evac Assembly warehouse.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Collaborates with the Quality Control Manager and Fulfillment team to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- Proven knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles including customer service, production, and leadership
